Rachel started her business in 2000 and since then, it has grown into a successful decorative painting company helping clients envision and create beautiful and luxurious living spaces. We use a variety of techniques such as Venetian plasters, glass beads, gilding, wood graining, murals, strie, glazes, and stenciling to ceilings, floors, walls, and furniture enabling a client's dreams to become a reality.

Rachel Meslin helps clients visualize what is possible.  Whether it is to design a space with color, when handpainting furniture, painting murals or original works of art.  Rachel is constantly taking new classes to stay current and is able to offer her client’s the best and most up to date products while perfecting traditional or modern decorative finishes.  It is very important to us that the products we use are Low or Zero VOC. 

Working all across Long Island, Manhattan, including the Hamptons, Meslin Designs’ work can be seen in many prestigious homes and businesses. Rachel Meslin also works along side many Interior Designers, executing their visions with the most exceptional care and quality.

Rachel received her BFA from Alfred University in 1999.  Since that time she and her team of artisans have been working to beautify homes and businesses in NY and the surrounding areas.  Her creativity, passion for paint, and color mixing abilities are what keeps her as one of the top Long Island Artists.
